First and foremost, credit goes to football for leaking RUU_Mecha_GINGERBREAD_S_VERIZON_WWE_2.11.605.0_Rad io_0.01.78.0802w_3_NV_8K_1.41_9K_1.64_release_2108 41_signed.exe, here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1231680

This has been tested and confirmed working. I am rooted and so far everything appears functioning as it should be.

I extract this using Process Monitor on Windows.

This is an untouched RUU, rename to PG05IMG.zip, transfer to root of your microSD, and flash in HBOOT.

I found this kernel that is compatible with 2.11.605.0. leanKernel: minimalistic kernel (3.6.0GBtest, 8/31/11) Tested. Works great!

Hell yeah, man. lol. The battery is beyond my expectation and the case, although bulky, is well worth it! Peace of mind. :-)

Have 2700 extended battery and convert case. Threw innocase in the trash. Use rubberized case from Lets Talk. Fits surface holster for clean dress look and convert for max protection without the plastic kickstand and innocase to muffle the rear speaker. Two piece rubberized case much better than innocase and covers entire phone. Kickstand and rear speaker works in surface case. As you know in the convert kickstand and speaker are worthless. With this setup at least the speaker works.
