TouchScreen not working...

Hey, guys.

I recently have been having problems with my phone. The touchscreen doesnt work MOST of the time (and when it does, it is very slow responding) and I need help with this;

I HAVE tried wiping it
I HAVE tried battery pull (multiple times)
I HAVE tried drying the phone out (in case the cause is water damage)

And no luck.

Someone PLEASE help me ASAP!

P.S. Getting it repaired is not an option for me.

Tried wiping what? Have you tried reflashing?

Do you hear a strange almost crunching like noise when you slide out the Keyboard ? You mentioned " in case it's water damage " . Have you dropped it in water ? Have you dropped the Device ? Did this just start recently ? Are you running the latest Touchscreen Firmware ?

My shift does the same thing and it's the flex cable so all the love it gets now is being my modem

Yeah I know the shift I sent to you had the worst noise ever. Speaking of how is it holding up? I know my girl took pretty good care of it for the most part. Also where did you get your tools? I'm doing a digitizer soon

It's not bad the Earpiece went out on it. So I have to replace it. But it's not a big. I should be getting some parts here pretty soon. The Tools I mostly use are from THIS KIT. I bought it a while back, and it has worked great . I've done more than 50 phones with basically just that kit and a Heat Gun.

Is that a size 0 Phillips head screwdriver it comes with? And how long does it take to get?

Not sure what size the Philips head screwdriver is. I never really checked, I just made sure it worked. I'll check a bit later see what size it is. The kit itself took about 4 days to arrive from Amazon.

Geez . Sorry it took so long. Final answer.... Yes. At least according to the one I use.
