I just installed this ROM, and noticed there was no facebook app preinstalled, so I tried to go to the play store and install it (mabye un-cool to run FB, but I still use it). I can't get it to run for the life of me. I tried turning off the bravia engine, and I've flashed this ROM twice (verified MD5) still getting FC on FB each time I try to launch. Going to switch to another ROM for now, may try this one again later.

Try installing the rom again. With your favorite root explorer. Go to /system/app and delete facebook_client.apk and facebook_client.odex. Then try to redownload from the market. You may have to reboot. Make sure you delete just those two.
