if i want to run this rom coming from viper rez which is a sense 4.0 rom what steps do i have to do to install ... global ruu, s-on, will i need to flash set main version low zip or anything besides rom and ph in bootlaoder?

Any way to remove the recent apps on the notification bar? It just bugs me, kinda redundant as well.. Other than that everything else is great!
