Yessir. The developer of Anthrax recommends following these steps:
    1) boot into recovery
    2) back up your system (just in case)
    3) wipe delvik and cache
    4) flash the kernel
    5) re-wipe delvik and cahce (dont ask why, but the posts here on XDA prove it fixed a lot of issues people where having)
    6) reboot the phone
    7) let it sit for 10 minutes
    8) reboot the phone again (normal reboot)
    9) enjoy

*for best results - flash at the same time you flash your rom: use my modifed superwipe tool (shooter/evo 3d only) - flash your rom (dont reboot), flash the kernel, wipe cache and delvik, reboot, let sit for 10 min, and reboot again.

Hello I'm new to the forums here, but I've been using the mikg 3.11...I'm using the stock kernel to the best of my knowledge and I keep reading in different areas on how other people are using the anthrax kernel with this rom. Couple questions, where do I find a download for this kernel as all links for it seem to be broken? Is this kernel going to improve my rom noticeably? I'm using an evo 4g. I'm rooted but with the s-on, I don't know if that will matter as far as flashing a kernel as I had no troubles flashing the mikg rom. I haven't really tried any other roms yet and haven't flashed any kernels yet. Is there any suggestions you guys/girls are willing to make or point me in some sort of direction. I'm so spun around I think I have 8 tabs open on different forums reading so much info but not getting anywhere. Thanks again!
