A few weeks ago we mentioned HTC's new flagship device, the M7. Although we didn't know much about this new device, we now know a little more and also learned a few new things.
According to Unwired View, the HTC M7 will have an optically laminated 4.7-inch full HD 1080p display with a pixel density of 468ppi. It will be powered by a quad-core 1.7GHz Qualcomm processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The main camera will be of a f/2.0 lens, 13 megapixel, and will feature an imaging chip that is capable of enhanced image quality, super slow-motion and HDR video capture. The front-facing camera will be of 2 megapixel images and both front and back camera will shoot videos in full 1080p. It is said that the HTC M7 will run on Jelly Bean with HTC Sense 5 and it will have a 2300 mAh battery. Also, the M7 will be the first HTC phone with a stereo speakerphone for improved audio quality and will include the new 802.11ac WiFi standard which sports theoretical throughput that are three times higher than today’s 802.11n WLAN standard.
No one really knows yet when is the official release date of this device, we only know that we should start to see it emerging around the end of 2013's 1st quarter, but we do know according to this latest report that Verizon and Sprint will carry this new device.
